Donate For The Needy 

The Family Resources Foundation was incorporated in March of 2009 in response to the strategic plan of Family Resources. Our purpose is to increase community awareness of Family Resources' mission and to raise money locally in Pinellas County and through the State of Florida that will be used to support the continuation of the programs and services offered by Family Resources. Family Resources is a member of the Florida Network for Youth and Family Services and as a member provides services that are replicated state-wide to help children and families in need of crisis counseling, safe shelter and outreach throughout the community. Thousands of children and families receive vital services that keep them safe and their families together in the midst of a crisis.  We accomplish this though local special events, annual fundraising campaigns and through thrift store sales.

Your donations of household goods and recycled electronics will not only help the environment, but your donations also help us provide items that many needy families on lower incomes would not otherwise be able to afford. Your donations also create jobs through thrift store employment and through electronics recycling which directly benefits not only our community but also our environment.

If you have furniture that you would like to donate please click on Call For Pick Up and we will schedule a donation pick up that is convenient for you. Our other drop-off locations do not accept furniture. Please remember that all your donations are tax deductible.

Since 1970, Family Resources has provided crisis counseling and a safe shelter for runaway and homeless teens in Florida. Its mission is to strengthen families and build better communities by providing prevention, support and counseling to children, teens and families.
